Jane O’Keefe, age 78, of Rolla, MO died at home with family by her side on January 7, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Mary (Crane) Gilmartin, husband of 50 years Tom O’Keefe, and sisters Genevieve Merkle and Margaret Mary Wagner. A longtime member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and supporter of St. Patrick Catholic Grade School in Rolla, Jane owned the Strawberry Patch children’s clothing store for over a decade and was a member of PEO and WAAIME service organizations.
She will be greatly missed by her children and their spouses, Tom and Rebecca O’Keefe of Glen Carbon Il, Kate and David Weaver of Dallas, TX, Matt and Laura O’Keefe of Rolla, MO, Dan and Lee Ann O’Keefe of Oxford, MS, Maggie and Mike Holtrup of O’Fallon, MO, and Bob O’Keefe of San Francisco, CA; 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; one sister, Patty Ysursa of Belleville, IL; a sister in law, Barb Noelker of St. Charles, IL; a brother in law, John O’Keefe of San Rafael, CA; and many other family and friends.
A visitation will be held from 4 to 6 PM on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at James and Gahr Mortuary of Rolla. Mass of Christian burial will be Monday, January 12, 2015 at 10 AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Rolla, MO with Fr. Charles Pardee officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family encourages donations be made to St. Patrick Catholic Grade School or the ALS Association (www.alsa.org).

Dear O'Keefe Clan Your mom and my mom were great friends through the years. Our family treasures all the memories we had spending with you growing up. Your mom was such a special part of my child hood memories. I will miss her Love to you all Julie Smith (Atchley)
