David Woodall Sr.

October 23, 1949 - February 28, 2022

David Allen Woodall Sr. of Salem, Missouri was born on October 23, 1949, in Holcomb, Missouri to Charles and Helen (Wilson) Woodall. He passed from this life on February 28, 2022, in Salem, Missouri at the age of 72 years. After high school graduation, David joined the U.S. Military and served his country in the Marines during Vietnam. David loved Western movies and John Wayne and Clint Eastwood were his favorites. He liked fishing and woodworking. He enjoyed playing the guitar and harmonica. David is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Helen Woodall; his wife Lisa Woodall; and brother Bobby Woodall. Those who are left to treasure the memory of David are his children David Woodall Jr. and fiancé Christel Shaw of Salem, Missouri, Amanda Woodall of St. Charles, Missouri, Melissa Woodall of Ft. Smith Arkansas, and Brian Woodall of Grady, Arkansas; siblings Wendell Woodall and wife Linda of Afton, Missouri, Richard Woodall of Arnold, Missouri, Sharon Hibdon and husband Ronnie of Arnold, Missouri, and Brenda Large and husband Ralph of Washington, Missouri; 16 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 12, 2022, at 1:00 P.M. at the James & Gahr Mortuary in Salem, Missouri with Steve Bramblett officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time. All arrangements are under the direction of James & Gahr Mortuary in Salem, Missouri.
