Patricia Prugh Baum went to be with her Lord on Monday November 9, 2020 at the age of 80. Patricia was born on October 21, 2020 in rural Dent County to the late Henry and Bertha (Ludwig) Prugh. Patricia Married Virgil Walden in Omaha, Nebraska. Patricia faced a trying time when Virgil passed only after 7 years of marriage. She moved back to Salem after Virgil passed. She later met Paul Baum and married, and to this union a daughter Tiffany was born. Patricia loved country music and attended many concerts taking pictures of young Buck Owens, George Jones, Conway Twitty to name a few. The Photo albums meant a lot to her and are cherished by family today. She loved to cook, she would go all out for family dinners. She worked many years at Salem Hospital cooking meals in cafeteria for patients as well as staff. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Patricia is survived by, daughter Tiffany Ann Baum of Cape Girardeau Mo, brother Jim Prugh & wife Jewell of Salem Mo. Nieces Judy Rodriguez, Cheryl Davis, Cammie Morrison, Terri Prugh, and Melanie Prugh, nephews; Kevin & Rick Prugh. Funeral Services for Patricia Baum will be held Thursday November 12, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery with Rick & Kevin Prugh officiating. Memorials are suggested to SMDH Long-term Care Christmas Fund. Cards are available at all James & Gahr Locations.
