Rebecca "Becky" Arlene (Hart) Hull of Newburg, Missouri passed away Friday, April 1, 2022, at the age of 88. She was born on February 4, 1934, in Rolla, Missouri to the late Clarence and Lela (Snodgrass) Hart. Miss Rebecca Hart was united in marriage to the late Clinton Hull on February 19, 1951; this union was blessed with three children. She worked as a seamstress for Rawlings Sporting Goods in Licking, Missouri for over thirty years. She was always a hard worker and made many lifelong friends while working there. After her retirement, Rebecca enjoyed doing ceramics, fishing, quilting, painting, jewelry making, spending time with her beloved cat Chi Chi and attending most of her grandchildren’s baseball games, she and Clinton would load up the car and set out for wherever the next game was going to be played, they traveled around the state during the season, whether it was summer league, high school, and even college games, they tried to be at everyone. Rebecca and Clinton enjoyed traveling and fishing, they went to Alaska and caught beautiful salmon. She taught herself to play the keyboard and could play almost any song she heard by ear. Most of all she loved and adored her family, she was the matriarch of the family and she took that role very seriously, she was always there to lend an ear and give advice in a way that was always kind with her words. Her family is forever grateful for the loving advise she gave, the beautiful quilts she gifted them, and for her loving spirit in which they were raised. Becky was a longtime member of the Newburg Church of God, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her Rebecca is survived by her children, Judith Light of Newburg, Missouri, Ronda (Chuck) Spencer of Eureka, Missouri and Stephen (Trish) Hull of Newburg, Missouri; grandchildren, Robbie Floyd, Jeanie (Brad) Goins, Jessica Busbey, Sherry Spencer, John Spencer, Travis (Krystal) Hull, Todd (Danielle) Hull, Vanessa Hull and Ryan Hull; eight-teen great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. In addition to her parents, Rebecca was preceded in death by her loving husband of sixty-nine years, Clinton Hull; great-granddaughter, Alyssa Hull; sisters, Erma and Mildred; brothers, Bill and Leroy. Funeral services for Rebecca Hull will be held at 11:00AM, Friday, April 8, 2022, at the Rolla Chapel of the James and Gahr Mortuary with Brother Larry Davis officiating. Interment will be at the High Gate Baptist Cemetery, High Gate, Missouri. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2022, from 5:00PM until 7:00PM also at the Rolla Chapel of the James and Gahr Mortuary.
